Linda Peterson established LLP Property Management in 2003 to manage rental properties and real estate assets.
In 2010, Chris Peterson and David Cestia began working for LLP Property Management to provide the Oil and Gas Industry with project management services.
After 12 years of construction and supervision, Chris Peterson began working for Pace Consultants as an inspector. In 1990, Mr. Peterson started working for Thronson engineering, spending two and a half years in Venezuela as the start up and commissioning coordinator. After five years with Thronson Engineering, Mr. Peterson began working for Apache Corporation as an offshore consultant. In 2002, Chris Peterson moved into project management for Apache Corporation's approximately 28 platforms to 640 platforms.
In 1979, David Cestia began working in the offshore industry as a welder/fitter and eventually progressed into an offshore superintendent. In 1990, Mr. Cestia moved into inspections and project coordination for Deadwood Inspection and Lowe Offshore. He has also worked for Delmar Operating and Snider Oil Company as an offshore maintenance inspector. David Cestia worked as a project manager for 8 Years with Apache Corporation, managing the construction projects and inspectors.
Mr. Cestia has extensive experience in fabrication of jackets, decks, piping, vessels, and offshore platform modifications and repairs.
After the Apache Corporation sold their platforms to Fieldwood Energy LLC. we continued to provide project management and consulting for their onshore and offshore facilities.
LLP Property Management continues to maintain Apache Corporation and Arena Offshore as clients.
